- We GUARANTEE our template and install dates. “No babysitting required!” Our turnaround from template to install averages 9 days (proper schedule notification required).
- We GUARANTEE that all material grain runs in one direction throughout each room and all seams and backsplash is vein matched. This is a very important factor in considering natural stone for your project. All stone has a definite grain direction and or pattern and should be cut from the slabs the way mother nature made them. This makes for a first quality installation. When selecting veined stone, it is imperative to choose consecutive book-matched slabs.
- We GUARANTEE that your seams are back-sanded to always have the tightest fit possible.
- We GUARANTEE that your countertops are sealed upon installation and ready to use.
