Member Highlight: NW Natural Appliance Center

The Appliance Center has been in operation since 1987. It is a unique single-store retail operation that specializes in sales of quality kitchen appliances, patio heaters, barbecue grills, fireplaces, freestanding stoves and tankless water heaters. The showroom was remodeled in 2005 and features working displays of both natural gas and electric products (like dishwashers, refrigerators and microwave ovens).  In a visit to the Appliance Center you’ll see beautiful burning displays of gas fireplaces as well as full kitchen appliance vignettes — all at very competitive prices.

NW Natural Appliance Center is a subsidiary of NW Natural (the natural gas utility based in Portland, Oregon).

Our sales staff of six professionals offers over 75 years of combined experience in the industry. Our showroom environment presents an alternative to the typical appliance store or hearth shop.  We believe in offering a friendly, informational, no-pressure sales approach that helps consumers find the very best home appliances and hearth products at competitive prices.

The retail showroom is open to the public, designers, and builders– no appointment is necessary to see any of our sales professionals.

We are located at 2610 Southeast Eighth Avenue, Portland Oregon  97202. Easy to find– two blocks North of the Ross Island Bridge between Division and Powell.
